Hello,

The best thing I can reccomend is looking up information online. I do know that the animals have to be updated on their vacceins and stuff 30 to 60 days before you go anywhere. Airlines like Delta will fly dogs that don't fit in small carriers, and that weigh over 20 pounds, in cargo for $75 one way but will not do it during hot months due to the embargo act, and dogs smaller than 20 pounds and that can fit in small carriers can go in the cabin with you, and can fly anytime since the cabin's temp can be adjusted. I think it's one animal per passenger and they only allow 2 animals per plane, so you'd have to book ahead.

I'm sorry I couldn't have been more help to you. I hope I did help in some way though.

Good Luck
